Cambridge Quality Meats is an independent family run Butchers with over 40 years of butchery experience in both the retail and catering markets. We have built an enviable reputation for supplying the highest quality meat and dairy products in a friendly and knowledgeable environment.
Where possible we source products locally, with prime beef ,lamb and pork from East Anglia. Our locally sourced produce doesn’t stop at fresh meat; we also stock Suffolk honey, goose fat from Chatteris, fresh apple juice from Cambridge and local free-range eggs.
Our Old Time Bangers have twice been voted East Anglia’s finest sausage, receiving the coveted golden sausage award from Paul Daniels and Debbie Mcgee in 2009, and again in 2010 from Craig Revel Horwood. For the more adventurous, we have our Toulouse sausage with red wine and garlic, or the spicy South African Boerewors sausage.

Our Catering Butchers currently supply a number of Cambridgeshire establishments including but not limited to the following, schools, colleges, restaurants, public houses, pre-school nurseries and catering companies, please see our catering page for wholesale meat supply.
Our customers receive a refrigerated delivery service Monday to Saturday, tailored to meet their individual requirements; a 24 hour telephone answering service is also available for orders and enquiries.
